Got a side idea you’ve been kicking around? Take 10 days to finally make a call on whether it’s worth pursuing—or shelving for good.

We all have
that idea. You know the one:

  • The side project you scribbled down on a napkin.
  • The feature you’ve been meaning to add to your product.
  • The service you keep thinking could bring in extra revenue.

But life gets busy, and it’s hard to find time to figure out if it’s actually worth pursuing.

That’s where the 10-Day Rapid Ideation Challenge comes in.

In just 10 focused, action-packed days, you’ll:

  • Dust off your idea and give it the attention it deserves.
  • Quickly assess its potential without derailing your day-to-day work.
  • Decide confidently whether to move forward or set it aside.

How it works:

Each day, you’ll get one simple, practical exercise designed to help you zero in on the commercial potential of your idea. It’s not about your “big idea” or lifetime work—it’s about tackling the concept you’ve been meaning to deal with and deciding what to do with it, once and for all.

  1. Daily Bite-Sized Tasks: Spend just 30 minutes a day taking your idea through practical, real-world exercises.
  2. Fresh, No-Fluff Guidance: Get simple tools and frameworks to quickly test your idea’s viability.
  3. Clear Outcomes: By Day 10, you’ll know whether to pursue it, tweak it, or move on.

This is the fast, low-stakes way to finally clear that idea off your mental “someday” list—and stop wondering “what if?”

RAPID TRANSIT CHALLENGE

This challenge is for people who are already busy running their business, managing a product, or working a full-time job but still have a side idea they’ve been meaning to evaluate. If you’ve got “that idea” nagging at you, this challenge is for you.

You don’t have to be an entrepreneur to join. It’s also great for product managers, business owners, or anyone evaluating a new feature, service, or concept.

The process we’re using works for starting the validation process for any kind of product, service, or feature.

Perfect! Your idea doesn’t need to be polished or complete. If you’ve been casually thinking, “What if I did X?” or “Could Y work?”, this challenge is designed to help you answer those questions.

Each activity is designed to take 30 minutes or less, so it’s easy to fit into even the busiest schedule.

You also don’t have to work at the 10 day pace – you can collect the resources and work through them in your own time if you prefer.

Great question—and we totally understand this concern. Here’s how we approach it:

  • We can’t sign NDAs to hear ideas. Since we work with many founders and hear a wide range of ideas, there’s often overlap in concepts. Signing an NDA would make it impossible for us to continue helping others in similar spaces.
  • Ideas alone don’t create value—execution does. A great idea is just the starting point. What really sets successful ventures apart is how they’re built, marketed, and executed. The challenge is designed to focus on testing your idea’s potential, not diving into sensitive proprietary details.
  • It’s up to you what you share. Throughout the challenge, you’re in control. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, whether that’s in community discussions, exercises, or optional feedback sessions.

Ultimately, this challenge is about helping you gain clarity on your idea—not about us evaluating or claiming it. If you have concerns about what to share, focus on general concepts rather than specifics.

That’s a win! The goal of this challenge is clarity. If you determine your idea doesn’t have potential, you’ve saved yourself time and mental energy—and gained a framework for testing future ideas.

All you need is your idea and access to email. We provide all the templates, guides, and simple frameworks you’ll need to get started.

This first version of the challenge is completely free—but spaces are limited, so don’t wait!
